my hubby was feeling tired and lethargic, had a blood test which showed borderline for plasma glucose and needs to retake it.is this to do with diabetes?he is a fit and active 40 year old who doesnt drink much, doesnt smoke and eats on the whole preety healthily.He hates the taste of sugar so doesnt snack on biscuits or chocolates etc. we have the odd takeaway curry but not that often - mostly we eat pasta, rice, chicken, fish and veg.is he having too many carbs?any advice please?
