She has a small appetite and talks about being dizzy often. Could it be something else? Yeh, l know, you're not doctors. Just asking for opinions, not diagnoses.
she is seven.

have the doctor test her blood for both. They can both cause similiar symptoms. l am anemic and have always had a small appetite. l have always been this way.

It could be worse, the only way to know is by taking her to the doctor.

Yes what the others are saying is true.
l just had my annual physical. Anemia and issues with blood sugar can be easily tested with other conditions through blood and urine tests.
Please ask your doctor and be honest about all symptoms.

All three prior to mine r correct. See the doctor who can test for blood sugar levels immediately & tell you. The blood test for anaemia will take longer as it needs to be sent to a laboratory for testing.

If she has anaemia the doctor will ask about what meat is eaten & how much plus what legumes r eaten & how much. Both red meat (beef & lamb) plus legumes (beans of all kinds) r high in iron & r what increases the red blood cells, & therefore the amount of oxygen carried around the body by the blood. The doctor may also ask ur daughter about her periods, when she last had it, was it light, medium or heavy as a girls periods can have a minor affect on her red blood count.

As a Mum who worried about her daughters welfare l am sure you monitor what she is eating but is it possible that she skips her meals. It could be nothing more that she needs a well balanced diet with mum watching over her.

l am afraid no one can tell anything from the little you have outlined. If you are concerned about your daughter, you really must take her to your GP.
