dieting w/o a nice mealplan can sometimes b boring, so does anyone out-there could give me some ideas, for a :
*a 23y/o-diabetic.
*love fruits, hoping that it could help me on not eating to much of carbs. lol. am trying to loose weight n a diabetic, avoid them is the best!
*not a ice-cream,chocs, or sweet lover. so it helps me on controlling my blood-glucose. but sometimes it may spikes, for no reason. but i'm blaming the stress hormone , maybe. [maybe when l get excitedover something, lol, cortisol =)
*drink green-tea mostly throguhtout the day
*, and lemon+water, every morning

now, i'm hoping for a new-menu throughout the day.
brekfast -snack- lunch -snack- dinner- supper.
*any ideas for snack /supper w/o me having to take any insulin-japs?

Your body is going to go into starvation mode if you eat that few calories. that will cause your metabolism to slow down. YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT! Eat a healthy, balanced diet and you should be fine. (:
