when doctors take blood what do they check for???
do they check to see if you have skin cancer?

Many things can be checked by blood samples including blood sugar, electrolytes, kidney function, liver function, red and white blood cells.
Many diseases can be diagnosed by blood work.

When your doctor took your blood he should have told you what the tests were for but if he didn't, could have been blood count, electrolytes, diabetes, and a host of other problems.

Talk with your doctor to find out what he or she was or is looking for.

If you need to be checked for skin cancer, make an appointment with a dermatologist.

l do not believe that blood tests can check for that.
