l read in a magazine interview that Agave sweetener doesnt affect your blood sugar levels...

Could this be true!! Or is it just a load of....

If it doesnt, do you know of any other NATURAL sweeteners that dont affect blood-sugar levels. l dont do aspartame etc. (gives me migranes)

Have u checked into Stevia? It is the only sweetener l can use.( l am ''allergic'' to all the artifical chemical sweeteners - like aspertame.)

Stevia is an herbal ''supplement'' that is very sweet & has been used in foreign countries for a long time as a non-caloric sweetener. You can find it in the US as a nutritional supplement (like at GNC or some health food stores). The FDA has not approved it for use as a sweetener, which is why it is called a supplement.

I've not heard of Agave, l will have to do some research on that.
