l notice some is white in colour and some green. whats the difference. is there any heath difference or taste difference one over the other.

It would be so much easier and less money to just go to a health food store or good grocery store. The employees at one of these stores would be most able to help you make a decision about which particular type to buy.

Stevia is the best alternative to using sugar or any artificial sweeteners. l would recommend not going online to purchase ur supply of stevia because u may not get exactly what u r looking for. Whole Foods has a great selection of stevia sweeteners. My personal favorite is SweetLeaf because it is all-natural & only uses inulin fiber as a filler. Also, it has no calories, no carbs & no glycemic index - ideal for anyone.

One thing to be aware of when looking at stevia for a sugar replacement is the filler they company uses. A lot of stevia products have maltodextrin as a filler which is absorbed as glucose. l would do extensive research on the stevia product u r looking at before buying because as a diabetic, there is not too much room for error.

Sorry, it all tastes disgusting and bitter to me. I've been consuming large quantities of aspartame for 24 years with no side effects or issues, so l will stay with that.

I've used it for years. It is great & natural. It is been used for centuries as a natural sweetener. I'd take my chances on the Stevia over any of the chemically synthesized offerings out there.

The unrefined version is not as sweet, takes more for the same effect, & sometimes has a licorice taste to it. l prefer the white powder versions.
