If you eat or drink things w/this product in it and you r havingproblems w/ur vision, stop taking anything in w/this in it and see how ur vision gets better.

Most of this information that abounds on the internet is false about aspartame. If you want the true facts, go to JAMA (physician is journal) and read some true research articles about aspartame. Unless the information contains controlled studies with large groups of people, it is probably false.

l have done LOTS of research, including the type mentioned so kindly by the first answerer. The result is that our family drinks/eats NOTHING with aspartame in it. Very scary stuff.

In response to the answerer who places such a high level of faith in the Journal of the AMA, l question an organization who is supporters routinely ignore alternatives & natural cures while appearing to support organizations & products that r known to make us ill. (Can u say, big pharmaceuticals?). Almost as if their livelihood depends on a sick population (it does).

Since there r a lot more info sites that have far more credible evidence that aspartame is harmful than there r sites supporting the product, l feel it safe to say that we should be very, very wary of such a product.

Since avoiding aspartame & adopting a healthy natural foods based diet, my fibromyalgia has reversed significantly.

l do not use anything containing aspartame. l drank a flavored water containing it and a little while later it felt as is the back of my head was going to blow off.
