Probably but not by much. When you exercise your body will convert fat into sugar for fuel but it generally only converts as much as it anticipates needing. So it would have to be a very intense but brief workout to elicit such a rise.

Yes . Even if you have not eaten your liver can dump glucose into your system if you levels start to drop. Similar to the dawn phenomena. Check your BG after exercise just in case.

No it wo not go up. Take one full lemon juice without adding water, sugar, salt everyday morning and then do exercise. In a week is time even if you take sugar, the level will be normal.

Yes, and it can be a very common thing. Your liver releases sugar when it thinks the sugar level is dropping to low. It can happen when you work out and can also happen if you skip a meal.

if you are doing this exercise regularly it will no go up but you also should control the diet and take medicines regularly and drink lot of water and good sleep l am sure you will be in good shape
