l have uncontroled diabetes 4 about 15yrs, and a world of health prob. im only 35 my eyes hemerage have no feeling below the knee,kidneys showing wear,very underweight 130lbs im 6ft tall & female , bodycant make blood hemoglobin only 6.5! sooooooo tired & weak. headaches ,,alwaysn depressed ., 3 hernated discs in back, 1 in neck, constant pain. and a whole lot more! can any of this damage be reversed? l have a 2yr old daughter and would like 2 see her grow up. also how can l gain some musle tone back? l would like 2 be stronge enough 2 pick her up.my bones are weak, ibroke both my feet just walking., im missing out on her life already, can anybody help me please???????

You've told us everything except the type of diabetes you have and why it is been uncontrolled for 15 years...

Other than that if you want to regain muscle tone then take up swimming, it is a low impact exercise that burns up glucose rather quickly.
