A new easy-to-swallow nutritional supplement is blowing the lid off conventional diabetic medical advice. The all-natural formulation of Melabic, the sugar stabilizer, aims to reverse the world is diabetes epidemic without strict dieting, demanding exercise, costly medications or insulin shots.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) November 15, 2007 -- Millions of individuals across the globe r either already diabetic or well on their way to becoming one. Indeed, diabetes is quickly turning into an epidemic of grand proportions. Once the disease takes root, it often quickly progresses, leaving the majority of its victims lifelong dependent on glucose-control medications, or worse, regular insulin injections. A new nutritional supplement, Melabic, is setting out to reverse this trend by stopping the deadly progression of diabetes in its tracks. To learn how to reverse diabetes & its complications the organic way, visit Melabic, the sugar stabilizer, online at http://melabic.com/pr/pr.html.

According to the American Diabetes Association, ''There r 20.8 million children & adults in the United States, or seven percent of the population, who have diabetes. While an estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed with diabetes, unfortunately, 6.2 million people (or nearly one-third) r unaware that they have the disease.'' The Centers for Disease Control further estimate that ''an estimated 41 million Americans have prediabetes,'' a condition that, left untreated, usually turns into full-blown diabetes.

There r 20.8 million children & adults in the United States, or seven percent of the population, who have diabetes. While an estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed with diabetes, unfortunately, 6.2 million people (or nearly one-third) r unaware that they have the disease.
Yet even as these organizations stress the prevalence of the glucose-control problem, the advice they dole out only exacerbates the problem.

Julia Hanf, developer of the sugar-stabilizing Melabic, explains, ''The nutritional advice given by the American Diabetic Association on its Web site will actually accelerate the diabetes process.''

What does this acceleration mean for the average diabetic? A reduction in kidney function, blindness, the need for limb amputation, heart disease & stroke r just some of the most common life-robbing complications associated with poor glucose control.

Containing nine nutrients, each one hand-selected for its ability to rejuvenate the metabolic system, Melabic gets to the root cause of the diabetes problem & heals its consequences. With just one easy-to-swallow pill a day, diabetics & pre-diabetics can preserve their kidney function, prevent blindness, eliminate the likelihood of amputation & eradicate risk factors for heart disease & stroke.

Hanf believes so strongly in Melabic is ability to stabilize blood-sugar levels that she offers an unconditional guarantee on the product. Users of the Melabic nutritional supplement who do not witness a noticeable drop in their glucose readings can return the product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

Try it if u want to waste ur money, but there is nothing magical here that helps regulate blood glucose. Even cinnamon has recently been proven not to help. Alpha Lipoic Acid can be helpful with neuropathy, but only in much larger amounts. And of course, only Type 2 is should try this stuff but do not stop ur regular meds. Type 1 is always need insulin, no other options.

Here r the ingredients:

15 mg Zinc (as Zinc Oxide)
0.25 mg Chromium (as Chromium Amino Acid Chelate)
400 mg Gymnema Sylvestre Pwd
300 mg Cinnamon Powder (cinnamomum Verum)(bark)
160 mg Banaba (1% Corosolic Acid)
300 mg Bitter Mellon Powder 4:1 Extract (momordica Charantia)
0.2 mg Biotin
300 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
500 mg Fenugreek

it is just another herbal scam. It is not the first. Others have come & gone over the years, all with the same or similar compilation of herbal/mineral ingredients that were supposed to cure diabetes & didn't. Similarly, there have been foods & recipies supposedly discovered in little villages in some far off place where no one ever gets diabetes, that the drug companies r afraid we will hear about, & u can order it from so-and-so & be ''cured''. The only thing it will do is lighten u bank account.

The websites r all marketing schemes. Most do not outright claim to cure diabetes but ''help cure it because of federal regulations on unproven claims of cures have landed many scams in court.

The claims r never backed up by reliable studies. They frequently have ''testimonials'' by people supposedly cured & quote doctors who frequently do not exist, r in foreign countries where it is unlikely u can get ahold of them, or r so bad at medicine they will sell their name to any product for the income.

Scams play into the fears of people - people facing chronic illness & the realization that they wo not live forever, pharacuetical company conpiracies, the ''life was better before the industrial age'' (it wasn't), etc. This is what makes these scams sucessful, because people want to believe but at the same time do not want to think logically & critically about it or they will find out there is no truth to it.
