l have been very tired latley, sometimes very iritated and very hungry, also tingly hands and feet. l have read some of of the sympotoms and one includes weight loss..i do not think l have been losing weight but do you have to have all the symptoms of diabetes to be diabetic? also no one in my family had diabeties xept for my great aunt and she has type 2.

Exhaustion is not a primary symptom of diabetes. Being tired irritated & hungry amy simply mean u r tired, irritated & hungry. All natural things to be! The big symptoms is unquenchable thirst, & frequent urination, & if ur glucose is really high u will be throwing up.
Do u eat a balanced diet without a lot of sugar? Do u have plenty of protein in ur diet? Are u properly hydrated when u r exercising? Are u drinking those super caffinated energy drinks? These things can all be the source of ur symptoms.

Classic symptoms for diabetes are frequent urination and excessive thirst. You do not have these symptoms but you should have your blood sugar level checked to ease your mind.
